Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price increase will not affect orders that have been confirmed by payment of deposit.
Payments
We currently accept cheques, cash, postal orders or payments through PayPal. Cheques payable to ‘J THOMAS'. For PayPal, send your payments to Gemmabowen@tiscali.co.uk.
Deposits £100 deposit is required when placing stationery orders and is non-refundable. The balance will be invoiced just prior to the final delivery (by mail) or on delivery (when personally delivered or collected) and should be settled immediately.
Returns
Returns are only accepted with prior approval. Refunds or exchanges can only be given where merchandise is found to be faulty or the specifications have not been met.
Appearance
Due to the constraints of the internet, monitors and printing, colours may vary slightly from the photographs. Due to the nature of the production process that we use there may be very slight variations in each item produced.
Offers
Free Save the Date Magnets offer is only applicable on orders placed over £350. 25 free Save The Date Magnets for these orders when deposit has been paid.
